Mango Berry Bliss Smoothie



This Mango Berry Bliss Smoothie is a great way to enjoy the refreshing taste of tropical mango and antioxidant-rich mixed berries. It's a great way to start the day or feel better after a workout.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Place the frozen mango chunks, mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk in a blender

If desired, add honey for a touch of sweetness and a handful of ice cubes for extra chill

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, usually about 1-2 minutes

Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more honey or almond milk, as needed

Pour into a glass and enjoy your Mango Berry Bliss Smoothie!
